I upgraded my adt system in july. They have had constant problems irregular alarms going off un-noticed alarms for 10 plus mintutes and breakage of equipment less then 2 months old. If i call they take weeks to schedule a visit still charge a fee and will not help if something is seriously wrong ie break in due to alarm failaure. They still have not installed what i paid for and overbilled...
