it sucks to live there neibors all up in your buisness if you have stuff in your yard people steal it. when stuff needs to be fixed the maintenance dont fix it right. They have to do what manager says. And she likes it done cheap. The manager treats her good tenants like crap. they charge way to much money for rent and its not worth that. Their trailors really arent worth what they charge.

Great community but horrible owner and office staff

William Hopper is the owner of this community and has created a program for those with credit issues. They charge ten dollars for an application fee. Next they check your rental history and criminal background. Okay the pro's and con's to this little program. If by chance let's say you have an eviction on your credit. Your deposit will be nine hundred dollars. The pro's are you don't have to pay it all up front, and Yvonne will try to work with you while plotting on how much money to take for herself. The con's to this program is you will not get your deposit back if you don't submit a 30...

the trailers in this park are barely put back together the manager will not allow things to be fixed properly she wants every thing rigged up , she is a very rude person and mr hopper is a coward that does not even run his own company, he lets evon make all the decisions and she does not know anything about fixing the homes, the other man that works there is a christian man who can not stand the manager and only looks out for himself apparently they are very bad people and i would not recommend working there or living...
