Adele's envisioned by Jonathan Waxman, choreographed by a fine front - of - the - house staff - is marked by confident cooking, genuine hospitality and, refreshingly, a nod to affordability.

"Sophisticated", seasonally inspired cuisine earns "high marks" for this Gulch New American, where diners also dig the "airy", "industrial-type space" in a "transformed" garage with "retractable doors"; given the "personable" service, "inventive cocktails" and "convivial" vibe that spills onto an "excellent patio", regulars bank on a "whole lot of fun."

Loved our meal! When we arrived for our reservation, we were quickly seated in this lively restaurant. Our food was fantastic and the service was wonderful! The coconut cake is the best I have eaten. We definitely will be returning to Adele’s!

Nice space, excellent eats. Take me back ?

We had 7:15 reservattions and were seated promptly. Our waiter, Travis, was fantastic and made our experience very satisfying and memorable. Our meal was delicious and prepared quickly and with skill. We would highly reccomend a visit.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Loved the kale salad w/ anchovy dressing, fire roasted half chicken w/ salsa verde , steak, meatballs & polenta & apple dessert w/Carmel Bourbon gelato . Parking is the only downside. Worth it though. For sure we will visit again.

Shrimp were huge and extra crispy. Burrata was perfect texture with cherry preserves, frisée and candied walnuts. Some thought the kale salad had too much lemon but I thought it was dressed just right. JW chicken was moist and tender and flavorful. Others had duck confit with forbidden rice and steak. Both were happy. We had the coconut cake for dessert - not too dense, not too light, good...
