Nice, small, clean studio. Well-equipped with a wide variety of machines, weights, ropes, balls etc. The staff are generally friendly and the trainers are skilled. My primary trainer Brianna was very friendly and adept at preparing different work-outs and combinations of exercises accounting for physical limitations. David Alphonse at Addie's Personal Training Studio is fantastic. I was initially intimidated by the gym atmosphere and he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. He's a nice trainer...

I have been a soccer player and runner for twenty plus years. When I injured my ankle and needed bone grafts, I was told "No more soccer!" After three months of NO walking and two years of little exercise, Addie's studio came to my fitness rescue. From the trainers to the owners, they have invested in me and my recovery. No one in my athletic career has EVER helped me this much, let alone care...

Who would of known when I signed up for a 12 workout package, that I would still be working out at "Addie's Studio" 4 years later! I started working out with Addie, and tried other trainers, and always feel great when I am finished with my workout...The new studio in UTC works out better for me, as far as location... Congratulations with your expansion!
