I was very disappointed in this salon. My mom and I get our nails done together every three weeks, and decided to try a new salon. I made the appointment for us together, and despite having tons of chairs open, they wouldn't let us sit together. The salon was VERY unclean. Did not understand what I wanted and cut all my nails off

I finally grew all my nails out long. I asked for only a millimeter to be cut off (they were 1/4 inch long) well between her cutting and radical filing I have only a millimeter of nail overhang left. I'm pissed because I wanted then Shellacked because they were long and I wanted to save them from breaking Now there gone and I feel like I wasted $30 on nothing. The manicure was a big rip off...
