He asked me to pay for the materials and he over bought and took what was left left over and didn't credit me.. It was very bad. Nothing like this should have never happen. I asked about how much the material would cost and he said about $150.00 but he purchased $506.54. I will report him to the Better Business Bureau.

The technician was prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable. There was a little chipping to the wood surrounding the installation. It's hard to say if this was due care given to the installation or the age of the wood
