David and Vernon were the team provided.Several neighbors in our subdivision needed their septic tanks pumping so we were able to get a good price.no one had any complaints.I would recommend this company.I did require a new Tee joint as the system is 16+ years old, which I authorized them to replace but I was under no pressure to complete the repair.Everything was explained,no surprise fees.
