I know many of their current and past tenants and none of them have anything good to say about this company. It takes repeated phone calls, emails and faxes to get a response about a week later. Once you get a response it doesn't mean they will do anything unless its an emergency. If it isn't an ""emergency"" they will drag their feet and claim they can't do anything without owner approval, and blame the property owner for...
