Waited TWO hours and no show no call

They give a two hour window so we had to take off work to wait. Two hours passed and no show and no call. My husband and I left a few minutes later so he could get a hair cut then I called them and told them no one had ever shown up, the office said they just must be a few minutes late because of weather but it's a TWO hour window so I said i'm sorry i'm not waiting anymore. THEN well after the window they call and say oh we're here we've bee downstairs the whole time (it's a highrise) trying to get in. What they didn't know is I had had my husband waiting in the lobby for the last 45...
