I got my Dell computer repaired in two hours. I was told iby other replace places it would take 24 to 48 hours. Going to the professional (Action Electronics) with a low rate was a good move for me.

They have been fixing my TV for over 2 years. I finally said to bring it back fixed or not and have been promised for over a month that it is being returned. File complaint with BBB, but still no results. Terrible business, not sure how they still operate.

They were able to help me with my television quickly and for a good price. The man who helped me was not the most friendly but was what you would expect for an electrical technician. I would be glad to use his company again.

I wish there was a way I could give it a negative 1 star. This company is so rude! I can't believe they are still in business. I called to see if I could get their free estimate and was told it would be 49.90. I said even if they can't fix it because I don't have $50.00 to keep giving to people who then can't fix it. The no good rude bastard said to take it somewhere else because we don't work...

This is not a reputable company. They had a middle age man to come out to my house and this individual was going to lift and carry my 62" rear projection TV down 5 steps into a small truck in the rain. Then he called is boss after I mentioned there is no way he could do that, his boss told me I needed to have someone else there to help with carrying the TV out to the truck because he didn't...
