Things must have changed since those last 2 reviews. My wife and I found their food to be dry and overcooked. And the proprietor, Art not only hovered but pushed their special on us. What I thought was going to be a pork loin sandwich was really deepfried cardboard. Oh, and he charges for the chips and salsa which we did not expect. The decor inside is tres western, it's true, but the imprisoned mexican peasant painted outside the front door is very offensive. Granted, when the only eating places in town is Across the Border or PizzaHut, I understand why he's still open. We pray that a real restaurant will open soon.

This definitely a good place with good food, a friendly staff, and fascinating decor. I think it the best thing in Burlington. I do not know how far you would have to go to match the place.
