She doesn't respond to calls for refills on medications. After 7 days of requesting my pain medication, I'm told I have to come in and be seen. I can't however get in for an appointment for an additional 5 days! Now I'll be out of pain medication for over 10 days!

I just saw Dr. Acosta today. I'd been looking for a new primary care doctor since moving to the area months ago. My medical history is long, unusual and complicated. Dr. Acosta spent over a hour in the exam room talking to me, listening, giving me her opinion and advice. Her office staff is incredibly friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
