Though I've never had any of the lunch selections at Acorns, I can attest that their baked goods are excellent. Terrible experience. People working there are particularly unpleasant, arrogant and impolite, making you feel they are actually doing you a favor to take YOUR money. And the pastry is below...

This was our first visit to Acorns. I had a roasted chicken sandwich with avocado on homemade whole wheat bread. The bread was very special. My husband had the chicken noodle soup and a turkey sandwich on the same bread. He thought both were very tasty. We finished our meal with a delicious key lime .

You can't go wrong,at this bakery--every item is made to perfection! Hands down the best bakery in all of Wellesley, Dover, Needham, Norwood and Dedham. The food is simply superb, the atmosphere cozy, with a few small tables, and nostalgic decor. Favorites: Croissants and downtowners.
