Acorn Montessori School prepares children to THRIVE in their education and whole self. Unlike public and other schools who mearly teach children to SURVIVE. The teaching staff at Acorn have been teaching in the same classrooms from 5 to 26 years. Montessori is over 100 years old and is still proven today as the best method of education. Not only does Acorn teach the children their academics, they go beyond and teach respect, grace and courtisy and environmental well being. They offer swimming, horse back riding, yoga, tennis, Spanish and music. I have made so many wonderful friends with other parents and gained a sense of community.
