Don't buy from Acme I bought some firebricks and they were funny shaped weren't the same size and they were bowed when I called to say something about it to bring them back and switch them out and get the thicker firebrick they told me no I couldn't do that there's a no return policy
Very disappointing experience!! Asked for addresses in a specific locations to view different Acme brick in person... Angela gave us a list of addresses that were 30-40 minutes away, some of the addresses were vacant lots! In addition, we noticed that the list was all the SAME brick when we specifically asked for multiple choices! We were very irritated. While in the store, again dealing with...
