We used this store to pick out tile for our flooded bathroom. After visiting another flooring store up the road, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a large selection-which can be nice but overwhelming. The prices were more expensive than a big box store, but better selection and help make up for that.
