Weird technician

Took my truck in while vacationing for a week with the kids at a local campground. The technician was yelling at some lady on the phone about her repair. After he got done with that, he ranted about some race that got cancelled due to weather, all in front of my 8 year old son. We walked out and drove 1/2 hour to Appleton to find a sane mechanic. Turns out it was just an alternator belt...

I took my car to this guy. He yelled and screamed at me while his dog jumped up on me and barked. It was a horrible experience.
