Mis-charges my insurance and tries to re-schedule my appointments after I arrive on time citing the dentist doesn't have time to see me. Plenty quick to still charge me though I never re-scheduled...

Your staff is always very professional, the doctor fully explained my treatment needs the consequences of non treatment and options as to how to proceed.

The Most Important Benefits that i received was the feeling i had that this was a team effort. The Practice provided me with all the essential doctors, Hygienists, and the amazing front office team taking care of my insurance. I Never worried about any portion of my Treatments. I knew everyone was prepared, I felt safe, i felt sure of my decisions and the best benefit of all was that everyone knew what they were doing!
