ACES tree cutting service stopped by my house and gave my wife an estimate.
Before agreeing to anything she told them she would have to consult me (her husband) before signing a contract. During the conversation with my wife, the Aces Representative stated that he would meet up with me (husband) the next morning and go over a contract with the costs on their tree services and to discuss what I actually wanted done.
After meeting with several other tree services that afternoon, I decided at the end of the day to go with a different tree service and not use ACES. I called ACES and left a message stating that we did NOT need their services and NOT to stop by the next morning.
The next morning my wife went to work and I went to visit some friends. Both my wife and I came back to our house later in the afternoon to discover that Aces tree service came onto our property and cut down trees without our knowledge or even our consent. The WORST part is they DETROYED trees that we did not wish to have cut down!!! In addition to leaving all the trees, brush, and limbs in our yard, they left cigarette butts and garbage! Keep in mind, ACES was told to wait for my decision but instead took it upon themselves to come onto our property and start cutting without any type of signed contract or even a verbal understanding! To them it appears, simply talking about having a job done gives them a right to come and do it. BEWARE FOLKS, DO NOT USE ACES TREE SERVICE!!!!!!
