My service man was Joe. He came right on time and was easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable about my unit. Joe also gave me some insight as to the future of my AC system. He worked at a good pace, and did not rush, as to get to the next customer on the list. Great experience and we will definitely call for service in the future. Thanks.

Had an appointment between 2 and 4 pm. Well after 3 calls they pushed me off told me they would call at 345 its 430 no call. Apparently taking off work is no big deal for these people. Needless to say i am not happy. Maybe they treat American Home Shield customers different than their own.

May be this company is good on service , but they have the most irresponsible technical after work... I have a accident with one of the tech and he was drunk and driving after work.
He offer me money for the damage and to not call the police...... This is the type of employes this company have.
