Wonderful customer service from the employees. They will take you to the product personally (the store is a bit maze like) and will treat you like they have all day to spend with you explaining...

Love these guys. The employees know how to do a lot of tasks and don't lie when they don't know. Sad that it makes the non- franchise guy in town have little business but he carries stuff you...

Prices are a little high for compared to "Big-Box," but it's important to support the local businesses.
I need to remember to stop shopping by price & shop because of the people.
Kids that work there are typically nice & helpful.
Yet, they are kids so Hardware ain't really their thing!
