I choose to support our town hardware store rather than our big stores. Ive done this for the 14 years I've lived in Norwich. I usually don't mind the rude employees, but today we spent so much money on a home project we're really excited to do. So rude... An employee was annoyed at having to mix all our paint. Annoyed at other employees and interrupted our checkout process regarding a question...
