We had an issue with our AC during a heat wave late at night. Troy was at our house within the hour and got our system working again quickly. He took the time to walk through what he was testing, and clearly explained each issue and provided options to solve each one. He was very knowledge and did an excellent job explaining everything (despite how late it was).
There was no pushy up...

Matthew is alway very responsive. When he comes out for our service appointments he is very detailed. He is someone I would always recommend to others.

First cold day last week, turn on my heat...... Nothing. The team at Accutemp got me set up with a high efficiency unit at a great price. The guys that came were extremely knowledge, friendly and clean. Bring it on winter, I'm ready for you!
