Our First Package
Reforge: The operating system and any other programs are wiped clean and restored to factory condition.
This is a flat fee of $59.99
Our Second Package
Re-temper: The operating system and any other programs are left as is. We scan for any viruses or errors in the operating system. No data will be erased during this process unless the file is deemed hazardous.
This is an hourly charge starting at $69.99
Our Third Package
Keening: We start by backing up all your data to a safe location. We then reinstall the operating system wiping out any problems or viruses. With that completed your old data is scanned just to make sure no viruses come back. The clean data is then put back on your hardrive with an anti-virus package of your choice.
