I have rented from Accent Properties for 4 years now and Jessica W is my contact person. I have never had a problem with her or anyone else in the office.\r

I wanted to see a property listed by Accent Properties and the agent ""Jessica: that helped me was sarcastic and rude, I feel like she treated me poorly because the color of my skin did not match the neighborhood I was interested in. I am very sure that she felt she had better clients to work with but I feel her attitude would have been better had I let it be known I was paying cash. Jessica also smelled of booze from the night before and was clearly hung over and her seller paid the price for it. Stay Away From These People!!!

This company by far is the most unprofessional operation that I have been involved with in all my years of relocating for job transfers. They will talk to you as if you were a low life after you have paid your rent! Please if you are moving to Jacksonville DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! You will regret it! Hope they go out of business!
