Their customer service is horrible and nonexistent they refuse to contact you back and never seem to have what they advertise on theirwebsite actually available. Worst experience ever

I ordered shirts from their website which showed as available but the next day i get a call that their not available the women i spoke to didn't understand me or even know what was going on. They have me a refund for the wrong amount when i tried to contact them they wouldn't answer my calls i left several messages which were not returned. Their customer service is nonexistent they are horrible.

The previous reviewer's comments are spot on for this business. They have reached exclusive relationships with schools in the area which ensures them a steady supply of customers with no other choice. As a result they know they can treat their customers however they want, and the customer must take it. Issues are always the customer's fault and the owners refuse to acknowledge the possibility...
