This is the best place to go for a real workout and a place to learn true Tae Kwon Do. They won't just put you thru unless you deserve it. The teachers are some of the best and are continuing their training!!! The owners are very wonderful christian people that incorporate that into their services. Overall 2 thumbs up!!!!

I have been training at this school for about a year. The instruction is superb. The school has great respect for the instructors as well as each other. There are many different class times to choose from. I like the family atmosphere and the fact that you have to actually earn your belt. It is an ""old school"" type of place as far as the training. Classes are 1 1/2 hours instead of the ridiculous 45 minutes. I mean after 15 minutes of stretching what do you have left? 30 minutes of training time. How much can you learn in 30 minutes.
