AC Pros did an excellent job in identifying the issue and fixing it. The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable.

I went online friday night and filled out the "request service" info to get a service call the next day. (Their website says they work Saturdays.) It's monday morning and they still haven't called back. (In the meantime we went with another company.). AC pros may do a good job, but I wouldn't know.
