Unbelievable

This shop is not all that it's cracked up to be. And I think some of the reviews have been rigged. Don't believe the information on their website or the person over the phone. Unless you live really close to this business I wouldn't even bother wasting your time.

Awesome experience here, needed an engine for my Audi, and the dealer quoted me an outrageous price for a 2.7l Audi motor, call these guys up and helped me find the right engine, apparently these engines can differ from automatic and manual cars, no other wreckers ask me that questions, these guys have the inventory, the knowledge and awesome prices!

Can't believe the lack of courtesy! Made a special trip, WAY out of my way, for a part I have been looking for. On their website they showed they had more than one. When I called and asked the person over the phone said trust the website. They couldn't take the ten seconds to look it up, because I sure took the whole day driving their!!! Really not happy that they would think this is okay.

My husband contacted this business two weeks before we were scheduled to make a trip up to the Seattle area. He wanted to replace the trunk lid to my 2000 Jetta, and called specifically to ask whether the web page was correct and they had it in stock.
