Called three places for my oven repair and the reason why I chose and I would recommend Absolute are:1. The manager Alex was really friendly and helpful on the phone and he was very patient with all my questions.2. The quote they got me is fair.3. Technician Nick is professional and completed the job efficiently.

Vlad is a very nice guy, who was on time and thoroughly explained all the repairs he made and gave suggestions about future maintenance. I would definitely call on this company again for any future repairs. Three other appliance companies didn't even return my call!

I called Absolute Appliances when I discovered my oven wasn't heating up on the Friday night before Thanksgiving. They sent Nick over on Monday and he repaired my broken oven in a jiffy. Thanks for saving my Thanksgiving!

Scheduled an appt the next day, arrived on time and diagnosed our problem after thoughtful investigation. They even told us where we could purchase the broken part for our dishwasher at a discounted rate. Will definitely call again if another appliance breaks down.

4 years later and I have bought a new oven so Absolute Appliance only has to keep the dishwasher and washing machine running. The employees are always super polite, do a great fast job. I don't know if their prices are competitive at this point because I only call them, knowing someone will show up when they've said and do a good job is always worth the price.
