Absam Cleaners advertised as a business that picked up, and delivered dry cleaning, a real service for busy Brooklynites. And, for the first year that I used them, they did just that. Everything changed when the owner replaced a key member of his staff, the woman who ran his store. The previous store manager made sure to contact customers about their pick-up details, delivery dates, and to obtain information about overall satisfaction.
