I got the "User profile service failed the logon" problem, he had it fixed by the next afternoon, and also cleaned the noisy fan for no extra charge.

Fixed it over the phone by connecting with a remote web program, while I watched and explained what happened. It took about 1/2 hour and he only charged $25 and let me use paypal. A real pro guy, it saved the day Thanks Shaelly

Very knowledgeable, he sent me in the right direction and explained that my computer was OK ! All in one 5 minute "no charge" phone call (it was another "new" problem with the internet provider, Verizon)

Craig knows his stuff! Fixed our network about 5 years ago, after Microsoft and two other guys couldn't figure it out. This summer he got rid of bad rootkit viruses that crashed our email PC. Gives us the real scoop on what we need, without trying to sell it to us. Answers the phone and came out the same day and fixed it. Honest, quick service and good prices too. Mike T.
