This place is the worst. They had my car almost a full month. They obviously did not make this a priority. I was told originally 10-14 days. They never updated me unless I called. It was constantly one thing after the next. I will never use this place again.
Stopped by for an estimate and never received a follow up on. So I will be trying another location.
Update: After posting my original review, Abra finally made good on their work and did fix my vehicle to pre-collision condition. I appreciate that they did that & have increased my rating from 1 to 2 stars. However, they did not admit fault & I should not have had to go through so much hassle.
Abra Auto Body does amazing work! I d go there for any collision needs! Trust me it s difficult to find a body shop that repairs vehicles back to a new state.
