I moved into a new apartment complex and I was unsure of where to park. I cam in late and it was kind of dark. I parked in a Handicap spot and the next morning woke up and my car was gone. I called the police and they advised me that About Town Towing had my car. I called them and a really nice lady explained to me why I was towed and gave me very clear directions on their location. Once I got there I was greeted with a smile. WOW..My car has been towed before by another company and they were RUDE to me and made me feel stupid and that was not cool. Everything was explained to me here, and...
