This guy, Wlodzimierz Dpabian, is a major CROOK and THIEF. I left a French Carriage Clock from the 1880's with him to repair. I was out of town on family health issues. He told me "no problem" as it was a small clock and would be on a shelf. When I returned to reclaim my clock and pay for it, he told me he did not have it - when in fact he had sold it for profit!!!
