The entire staff was very kind and helpful to my girlfriend. . From the phone person to the counselor, the staff was non judgemental, caring and considerate. Everyone treated her with respect and one of the nurses even gave her a blanket ! Dr Karpen is terrific, warm and reasurring- he sincerely cared about her and the other women there.
