He was able to do the job and I have not had any problems so far. I had to advise him about completing the job as discussed.

I gave him two major projects. He had to charge me a little extra on the first one due to running into some cement when digging a post hole. he had to go rent a Jackhammer. He built a very nice fence and he even got creative for me.

Terry and his workers were excellent. Dependable. Stuck with original agreement. Did not ask for additional pre-payment after 1/2 was paid up front. Showed up (that is 1/2 the battle with a contractor). Contact by email and text was easy. Workmanship and materials excellent
