Super friendly people! They quoted me the maximum price for both a used and new alternator so I wouldn't get an unwelcome cost surprise, and when it was done the next day, It ended up being thirty bucks cheaper. They were fast, the price was fair, they were very friendly, and Kitty the Rottweiler in the office was really sweet and friendly. I will definitely be referring people to them.

Tim showed up in only a few mins...I was in downtown norfolk. He was courteous and price was fair for a Sunday tow.

Our job is to tow vehicles who do not have parking decals, if this person would have came home and had no parking he still be upset. Maybe if he would have called and been polite to the dispatcher and explained his situation, he might not had to pay a towing fee. Being polite to the dispatcher goes a long way.

Wife works in Downtown Norfolk, she called me about a flat tire in the parking garage after work, as I was in Yorktown it would have been a while before I could get to her. Called Able towing and explained how she was nervious in the parking garage alone that late. They were there quicker that they said an the driver was very nice, changed her tire and she was home before I even made it through...

I'd leave no stars for this joke of a business. I live in an apartment complex that this company tows from. I got a new car today and it was towed within 2 hrs of me driving home. I called the company to get my car back and was mocked and insulted over the phone by the operator who answered the phone. This was the most unprofessionally I have ever been treated.
