I wish I researched this company a little bit - I called them because of a referral from a trusted source. They charged me $350 to rod a drain, which took all of 5 minutes. Terrible rip off. Certainly won't do any business with them. I'd rate them minus 5 if I could cause although the drainage seems fine right now, water still comes out of the laundry room wall. Terrible company...you're better...

I wish this was a positive review for a family owned business, but they failed to deliver for what I paid them to do. They were paid $180 to come out and install a gasket in my pump. When I called them I told them I needed a gasket because there was a small leak. They came out, confirmed what I told them and said they would need to call for the gasket. Weeks later with still no gasket, I called...

Family owned and operated for over 50 years. I really don't now how they stay in business ripping people off. There fees are outrageous. They charged me 525.00 to rod my drain and the clean out was in the house on the mail floor, so they did not have to rod outside where it was freezing cold.
Just 2 years ago I had to rod the same drain and was only charged 175.00 I will never do business with...
