Dr. Vigness is not just a talented surgeon. He cares more than I've ever seen anyone care about his job. Anyone he performs surgery on is in the best and most caring hands. He is extremely honest, even if his thoughts are not optimistic and he refuses to sugarcoat things (which is good).
