SHAME ON ABELLA BRIDAL!
I had an extremely negative experience at Abella Bridal. I started out thrilled at the dress store to find what I thought would be my dream dress. I was pretty immediately turned off by the sales woman (WHO TURNED OUT TO BE THE GENERAL MANAGER, JULIE) there because of her extreme pressure to buy. Although, high pressure sales usually turn me away quickly I decided to try on a dress. The lady pinned me up the back and I stepped out to show my family. I found an expensive but beautiful selection of dresses at Abella Bridal. I spent the about $1000 for the dress and another $300 on alterations. I had to leave Provo before the cleaning was finished so I made arrangements to have the dress carefully transported to California. When the dress arrived 24 hours after it left the shop in UT, I took it out of the bag it was transported in and immediately noticed: 1) A large burn mark on the lace, 2) Hairs, lint, dust, and random colored threads all over the dress., 3) Frayed threads that needed attention, 4) Smudges across the front of my...

Abella promises more than they can deliver. I ordered a gown in white and 2 weeks after ordering, got a call saying that they were wrong, it didn't come in white. Then I ordered a second gown and they waited 16 more days to say that they were wrong about the delivery time frame and it wouldn't arrive in time. Then they washed their hands of me. Now it is too late to order from anyplace else and we are left scrambling to buy a sample someplace. What a terrible disappointment our experience with them has been. How awful it has been for the bride to be hunting a 3rd time for her wedding...
