This company is the worst ever.
I have a service contract with HHGregg
and they referred me to this company for the repair. I was told that APCO would call me.
After a week with no call from them, I called, and called and called. It has been over two weeks, I have left countless messages, and no call back from them. NO STARS-gave it a 1 because that was the only option.

I am very disappointed that I can not reach this provider. I am stuck with them, since my service provider (GE) uses these people. Thank God, it's been cold this month, and I haven't had to use the A/C much. How can a company not have someone to answer the phone, and then Voice MAil is full and there is no return calls. I would never use them again.
