The company accused me in the summer of 2006 of not returning several titles, and I actually drove there and met an ""investigator"" in person to discuss the fact that I had always returned every video I'd ever rented. She asked for $150.00 to ""make it go away, and so no-one ever has to know about it"". She stated the videos were gay, insinuating that my wife or significant other might find out.
