The man in charge is on a constant tirade and has a serious problem with the truth. He gave several contradictory stories.
Expect significant damage to your vehicle due to incompetency, carelessness, or insobriety. Also plan for the rudest service you have ever witnessed. Met several empoyees; none seemed capable, though a few seemed sober.
Had to sue for damages and missing items.
Echoing other reviews, wow. These guys were fast and friendly and professional and bailed me out a mess after another tow company totally screwed me over. They said that they'd need 30 minutes to get to me and they were there in 15. The two driver was courteous, professional, and friendly. Hope not to need them again, but if I did need a tow, they'd be first on my list.
Do not use this business unless you are fine with car damage and for them not to stand behind it and call you a liar. Didn't even send anybody to come out and look at the car. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Their invoice even says they specialize in exotic cars don't believe it! I wouldn't have even have given them one star if the app didn't require it.
