Great Teachers, good atmosphere. as with any class, it is what you put in. ask questions and they WILL get answered. True bartending experience comes in the bar. this is just so you wont have problems getting into a bartending job. just as college prepares you.

Their course mainly covers mixed drinks. Beer and wine are barely covered at all. Their job placement assistance requires you to send them a weekly email. In my experience, they reply with a list less than half the time. If they do send a list, it consists mainly of jobs listed on craigslist or in the local papers, and few of the jobs listed are actually in Chicago. Most of them are from...

I'm in the class now, today was 1st day and it's ok.I took the all day class. They just show you how to make the drink once then let you practice. I'll reserve judgment til at least day 3.
