Horrible Business. Over Priced Scam. Do not do business with this company. They are horrible. Inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. Don't be surprised if you receive a second bill after you pay the first time. They add hidden fees. It's cheaper to buy a new appliance instead of calling this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

They didn't tell me the cost of the trip charge until I called back to ask. The work was done well, the technician was prompt and neat, but I thought the charge for the needed part was high.
