Where does one begin with a dump like this?
The upstairs is an "authentic English restaurant" run by Koreans who seem to think blandness is what defines English food and that all beers should be served almost frozen and w/o a head. It's s good plan to get English staples such as "miller lite" and "Guinness." Ugh.
