The ABBEY is now under a new property management and has gone to great lengths to clear ALL their bldgs. of any unwanted guests. This includes the two legged variety as well. They are currently in the process of re doing the properties and trying to clean up/out the nasty/disgusting/ignorant drug dealers ,prostitutes and slobs, that sleep in bathrooms ,kick /punch holes in the walls. If those who are responsible for letting these people in the bldg. would stop... it would help. They leave human feces on the walls, blood from shooting drugs, and are basically nasty people who cannot rent...

not to mention the registered sex offenders and daily arrest reports. way of cleaning bathrooms is only cleaning the sinks and with bleach. bathrooms floors look like they have never been washed ever. livable if keep low key and to yourself, and if your in a desperate situation. but the crack house review is dead on.

bedbugs,rodents,drug dealing,prostitution,suspicious fires,frequent visits by police,fire and parole,mail theft, cigarette stubs and beer cans, human waste,graffiti,no elevator,one kitchen sink for entire building,families w/chidren in single rooms,unregistered overnite guests,loud parties,lack of parking. I could go on and on. Avoid this filthy pesthole. it's disgraceful

Haven for insects and pests

I recommend this place be shutdown due to the fact it has too many insects. I stayed there once and because i reported them to the city they tried to throw me out in 5 minutes!!! It is full of horrible things and i do not sugguest living there.

Stay away a shelter would be better
