Dr. Paek is very polite and made me feel very comfortable about the procedures I had. His office staff especially the receptionist, is not friendly, almost to the point of rude or dismissive. The nurse is a little better, maybe just shy. The wait time my first visit was about 45 mins with 25 of that sitting in an exam room before I saw Dr. Paek. Dr. Paek is down-to-earth and very accommodating with a caring manner. He listened to my questions and was happy to include a medication I asked about into the treatment plan. He is willing to see me when my husband has an appointment and definitely comes across as a reasonable and flexible doctor. I found Dr. Paek to be very friendly and patient. When he spotted something on my lip he biopsied it immediately, rather than schedule another appointment. He told me I'd get a call if it was of concern, but I'd get a letter if it was okay. I was very surprised when I got his note advising me that it was benign. It was not a form letter, but a short note bearing his signature. I don't know of...
