calling your job and references is not a credit check. aarons does not pull your credit history from the credit companies

This seems to make sense

If someone walked up to you and asked to borrow $350 and offered to give you roughly $40 upfront to borrow that $350, wouldn't you want to know something about the person before you forked over the $350? I applied for a dryer and filled out the applacation, The applacaton asked for income information and five (5) references.. I then paid for a months rent on the dryer.
